For Volume 120 of the series, we go to the birthplace of house music, Chicago, as we welcome Antoine Simpson aka Househeadspeakz to the podcast!

Antoine Simpson aka Househeadspeakz has been a huge proponent and catalyst for support in the House music community. Raised in Chicago, he started out as a dancer going to iconic clubs such as Jenal’s, AKA, Coconuts, Phoenix, the Riviera, Red Dog and the Shelter.

In 2011 he founded his HouseHeadSpeaks.com blog and fervently journaled about the House scene by attending almost every party in Chicago, interviewing DJs and promoting various events throughout the city. He then began broadcasting his own radio shows with guest DJs beginning at Electronic Rhythm in 2012, then moving on to UndergroundHouse.tv for another show called “H2S On-Live: Chicago House Experience.”

In 2019, Househeadspeakz has started playing out of town gigs in Canada, and around the US. We are thrilled he took the time out of his busy schedule to make us an exclusive guest mix!
