His style is tough and rugged and is one that always makes dance floors sweat, and it will be no different once his next excellent missives are out into the world.
First up, 'Dusty Roads' is grainy, lo-fi house jam with some free wheeling synths that extend into the night sky. Firm kicks power things along and the groove comes for some expert hi hats. The first remix is from German-Turk Butch, a long time hit maker both solo on labels like Desolat , Rebirth, Rekids and Cocoon, but also with the likes of Ricardo Villalobos. His track is more techy in nature, with forceful snares and kinetic percussion as well as an upwardly mobile drum line that really brings lots of energy to the track. Also remixing is the one and only International DJ Gigolo label boss DJ Hell x Christopher Kah. His mix is an electro fried cut with frazzled synths, stuttering bass and paranoid, droning synths that all add up to one perfectly intense and heady trip.
Up next is Santé's 'Never Enough', a deep, inviting and loopy number with carefully exploding melodies and tons of sonic detail all peppering the drums. It's the sort of standout cut that would mark the highlight of any set and proves Santé really does have an exigent sound all his own. Remixing this one is Emanuel Satie, who goes for a barreling, full throttle version with fat drums, vocal stabs and rattling percussion that makes you want to shake your limbs.
This is yet another standout house EP that is filled with a range of flavours and is designed for maximum dance floor impact.
