This is an arrangement of Robert Frost's poem, "Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening". The chorus is rendered using a singing synthesis engine built into the Festival speech synthesis software. Additional sounds came from Freesound.org. Additional vocals were recorded via Android phone and processed in Linux MultiMedia System (LMMS).
Editing was done in Audacity.

Be warned, this is not a traditional take on the poem - mileage will vary...

I've decided to revisit the technology with the goal of creating a stream of computer-generated songs (with some human intervention).
For starters, I have rendered the entirety of "The Hollow Men", by T.S. Eliot
I'm also giving this experiment a name - The Bot Chorale.
