Fresh off his debut release on Bricolage, Wilks, has put together a new podcast for us.

The unique rhythms of the drum n bass genre were a massive influence on his "Left Hand Drive" EP , along with many other styles, that when merged together created a sonic maelstrom of colour and sound. For his Bricolage podcast session, Wilks has chosen to focus on his love for the halftime beats. The result is a 45 minute sets that flows perfectly. Easing us in to a percussive world before ramping up the pace and hitting full throttle.

This is definitely one to start the weekend off with.

Podcast number 101 comes from Scottish producer, “The New Human”.

As an artist, TNH, is inspired by that early 2000’s scene of Rephlex, Skam and Toytronic. Those influences shine through on his productions. With nods to that golden era mashing together with his own ever evolving sonic palettes.

The TNH podcast session flows down a similar path. An explosive and abrasive start to proceedings before significantly mellowing out over its duration. A mix that infuses intricate rhythms, eroded electronics, glitchy, mechanical soundscapes and moments of serenity. Welcome to 2024.

Following on from his exceptional "Blok" track on our recent end of year compilation, you can expect to hear a new album from TNH on Bricolage later this year.

For now though, dig into his bandcamp page, featuring a multitude of releases on Douglas Deep's Shed Collective.
<itunes:summary>Our March podcast is navigated by the imagination of Francisco Dominguez AKA Forest Robots. The California native takes us on an open minded and eclectic journey through what he's been listening to recently and blurs that line between ambient and experimental with a mixture of blissful collages, laid back vibes and avant-garde soundscapes.

You can check out the regular Forest Robots shows for CAMP radio at the link below. "Traversing Topographies" airs monthly.
Our February podcast is a pure aural delight courtesy of France based Australian artist Karen Vogt. Karen is known for co-founding the often revered "Heligoland" band in the late 90's and , later, for her own compelling solo work that crosses the borders between ambient and experimental. She also has her own fortnightly show titled "lost, found and lost again" over at CAMP.FM

This exclusive guest mix is everything you'd expect and more from an artist with such deep roots in the world of ethereal sounds. Resonant vocals play a huge part over the course of the hour long journey. They sit beautifully alongside cinematic soundscapes and emotional atmospherics. Seamlessly merging together to form one all encompassing audio cloud for you to lay your head on.
The first of those three mixes comes from the forests of Vestlandet in Norway.
We start off with a classic BoC remix, before the journey then proceeds to swing with ease between both sides of the pendulum. There are moments of lush melodies and intricate pattern work that are effortlessly counteracted by weird, leftfield electronics, some bass music and a whole heap of angular sonics. Crisp, shifty structures remain throughout the backbone of this curious mix that never misses a trick. Essential listening for any experimentalists and beyond.

The sonic and experimental side of things remains at the forefront throughout with the drops of ambience and unique breakdowns remaining littered throughout creating a slightly frenetic but always harmonious second half of the mix that slides and swerves among all sorts of dynamic textures. There's a spaced out slow acid jam at the middle which is followed up by more subtle electronic sounds washing over us before ending on the same note that it started with some dense and tough but somehow mellow dub sounds.
