Interview with the IT-Tutor of the Midwifery and Health Assistant Training School in Tepa. His name is Daniel Mensah Opoku and he explains us the difficulties the school is facing at the moment with the hugh amount of students and the new applicants. There is a lack of class rooms, of staff and of administrative buildings as well, but we are discussing especially in his sector about the possible advantages and actually missing factors to improve in this area. The IT technology devices are definitly not enough for a school with nearly 1300 students, they only have 14 running ones. The M/HATS in Tepa is part of the HITA and Vodafone "mobile-for-good" programme, the idea is about implementing an e-learning platform on an intranet at the school with the accessebility for students via their smartphones or other devices to accelerate the using of the material and the learing process altogether.
