Das erste Release des jungen Netlabels „MYR“, welches dieses Jahr gegründet wurde, erscheint im November und ist von Göran Meyer produziert. Mehr ist erst einmal nicht darüber herauszufinden. Beim zweiten Durchlaufen der EP wird klar, in den 3 Werken steckt viel Leidenschaft und Seele.
Ganz unscheinbar fliegen analoge Sounds umher, mit verträumten Synthielinies , die sich abwechselnd zu melodischen Elementen und groovigen Bassstrukturen bewegen. Besonders schön zu bemerken bei den Stücken „Bright and Breezy“ und „Unhurried Soul“ ist die raumfüllende Wirkung der Addition und Tiefe im Arrangement. Das ganze wird von dem eher treibenden Stück „Kinds of Data“ abgerundet. Drei tolle Mixe mit sehr modernen Sounds und Vocals, die ein Reinhören verdienen. Dran bleiben an der tollen Arbeit!

Das erste Release des jungen Netlabels „MYR“, welches dieses Jahr gegründet wurde, erscheint im November und ist von Göran Meyer produziert. Mehr ist erst einmal nicht darüber herauszufinden. Beim zweiten Durchlaufen der EP wird klar, in den 3 Werken steckt viel Leidenschaft und Seele.
Ganz unscheinbar fliegen analoge Sounds umher, mit verträumten Synthielinies , die sich abwechselnd zu melodischen Elementen und groovigen Bassstrukturen bewegen. Besonders schön zu bemerken bei den Stücken „Bright and Breezy“ und „Unhurried Soul“ ist die raumfüllende Wirkung der Addition und Tiefe im Arrangement. Das ganze wird von dem eher treibenden Stück „Kinds of Data“ abgerundet. Drei tolle Mixe mit sehr modernen Sounds und Vocals, die ein Reinhören verdienen. Dran bleiben an der tollen Arbeit!

Aus dieser Liebe heraus startete er eigene erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen in Magdeburg mit Leuten aus der Tresor-Crew, 1040 Leipzig, Strezzkids, Bill Youngman, Markus Welby, Cannibal Cooking Club oder Hanno Hinkelbein. Viele Releases liegen auf seinem musikalischen Weg unter anderem auf Tulipa Recordings, Spielgold, Wonnemusik, FineBeatz, Infradig und Revolucion Recordings. Producer und DJ Göran Meyer stammt ursprünglich aus Magdeburg in Sachsen- Anhalt. Seine Liebe zur elektronischen Musik und Feierkultur entdeckte er jedoch bei der legendären Love Parade in Berlin. Aus dieser Liebe heraus startete er eigene erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen in Magdeburg mit Leuten aus der Tresor-Crew, 1040 Leipzig, Strezzkids, Bill Youngman, Markus Welby, Cannibal Cooking Club oder Hanno Hinkelbein. Viele Releases liegen auf seinem musikalischen Weg. So veröffentlichte er den Track „Improved Phatty“ auf dem Sampler „Petal Four“ bei Tulipa Recordings.
