Despite modern trance sounding vastly different from music that the term used to apply to, there's been a notable rise in the number of tracks bringing back the spirit of the old school trance.
The recent success of Ferry Corsten's Anahera under his Gouryella project inspired me to put together this mix (even if I'm not a big fan of that particular track itself). It showcases recent tracks from across the spectrum of trance that to me in some way evoke the vibe, emotion and / or groove of classic trance and its origins.

Disclosure: As I uploaded this and was editing the tracklist some glitch was continually increasing the play count. So ~200 of the plays aren't genuine (I think)...
