Way before the advent of the so called World Music jazzmen and others were experimenting with traditional and odd rhythm patterns, melodies and instruments to create or re-create lost dimensions from Western culture - the culture desired by many due to its focus on individuality and material well-being. This culture strongly resists to any influence based on spiritual foundations - that is the price some has to pay for his or her private well-being.

The tracks selected here are all try to take you places you normally wouldn't go and resurrect "memories" you better forget. In this sense there is madness in them but it all makes sense since they just wake you up from a different, everyday madness. With that said, I'd invite you to a Spiritual journey.
