The really duff mix halfway through is where my son Jack's friend Meliz (age 7) and her Mum turned up at the door looking for him. The music was really fucking loud and I had to escort them into the kitchen to wait for Jack whilst explaining that I didn't usually spend my weekday afternoons drinking IPA with my mate and listening to thudding rave music. We stood in the kitchen for a moment; the situation was somewhat surreal. Then I remembered what I was supposed to be doing and dashed back to the decks seconds before the record ran out.

The mix is vaguely split into four sets of four records, from disco to underground house, getting progressively *later in the evening*. Hope you like.]]>
