As 40 is a special birthday, I'll be celebrating it in style! Although I actually turn 40 on Thursday 15th August, I'll be having drinks and a meal with family and some close friends by the time this is published, then away in Glasgow for three nights the week of my actual birthday.

Kicks off with "Break Free" by Ariana Grande, who became an honorary Mancunian in 2017 after coming back to Manchester to perform in June of that year following the events of Monday 22nd May 2017. And rightly so!!

Two hours with of classics then the remaining hour is breakbeat hardcore and jungle/drum 'n' bass classics. Slightly messy in parts towards the end (I had such a shocking thirst by this time).

Part. 2 will be the weekend leading up to my actual 40th. N Joi!
