Kostas Staikos was born in Athens, the largest city of Greece! He alias Substak, a musical artist within the fields of Ambient, Dub Techno and Minimal. Substak began producing music in 2011 as a measure of breaking from Earth’s monotonous routines or escaping real life, ‘til today he has been releasing music for various record labels - namely, APNEA Label, YINYANG, Tranzmitter Records and SineRec just to mention some. His mixing has been prolific, mixed podcasts for most reputable pod-shows such as Dub Techno TV Podcast series, Microgarden lab, Kopoc Label Podcast, Dbri Podcast, Subspiele pod (sub.pod), SPACE VIEWX as well as Proton Radio.
