1992 - 081105 Summer Vibe pt3 (320kbps)

Here is the 3rd in the series. In 2005 I started to get into hard techno and 80s Heavy Metal a bit and it shows here as the first half is a bit of 1992 techno with some modern productions thrown in. Dylan Drazen did a techno track that rips the bit out of Cosmo & Dib's "Star Eyes (Remix)" (which in itself ripped off a Joey Beltram remix of a hip house tune). I simply married the two back together. I had also discovered this brilliant Tomie Nevada techno record that is quite a homage to 1992 jungleteckno tracks, it even samples the cartoon He-Man to good effect. The rest are brillaint records I bought from Chris Julio, the supertronic record came from Adam X Mitchell, and theres even a little nod to DJ Phantasy and LTJ Bukem @ Dreamscape 4 in there. As for the Iron Maiden, I was full force into collecting Iron Maiden this year (2005) and I even went to see them at the Ozz Fest in NJ. The Ozz Fest sucked and I learned that if your going to see an awesome band like Iron Maiden, don't bother unless if you have really close seats. I had grass seats... I had more fun watching them at home on a DVD. I was used to going to raves where EVERYONE had good "seats", rock concerts are a different animal completely.
